NOTES
All prices are inclusive of taxes and processing fees. Early Bird discounts are in effect until November 30, 2018. Regular rates are in effect as of December 1, 2018. Tickets are non-transferrable.
1 Hospitality & Meals
All delegates receive complimentary coffee, tea, or beverage service. Delegates that purchase meals will also receive daily continental breakfast and lunch. Meal accommodation requests can include Pescatarian, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free.
2 Special
Delegates who are experiencing financial difficulty can apply for a Special 3-Day Pass with a bursary equivalent to $300 discount off the individual regular price (with or without meals). There are limited bursaries available. They will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Special 3-Day Pass is available only to residents of Canada. Apply for bursary here.
3 Collaborators
Two (2) delegates registering together are eligible for a $45 discounted group rate per person with or without meals.
4 Teams
Three to six (3 to 6) delegates registering together are eligible for a $75 discounted group rate per person with or without meals.
5 Pay What You Decide (PWYD)
If none of the pricing streams above work for you, a limited number of PWYD 3-Day and 1-Day Passes (without meals) will be made available in January 2019. PWYD options are available only to residents of Canada. Let us know what you can afford by applying here. Recommended minimum is $25.00 but any amount will be considered. We would rather you attend than not!
